Bell 505 NXi

MODERN, VERSATILE AND SAFE

The only helicopter in its class powered by a Safran Arrius 2R engine with 476 shp, with a two-channel FADEC system. The Bell 505 NXi is an advanced development of the world-renowned 206 model, of which more than 7,000 units have been produced. The new Bell 505 NXi is more dynamic than its predecessor. 

 

The biplane rotor, thanks to its high inertia, provides very good autorotation characteristics and strength under heavy loads. Two rotor blades also mean less hangar space to store the helicopter.

Time is of the essence

Like most Bell 505 NXi helicopters, it doesn't need an airport or runway. All it needs is a small, level area with no ground obstructions - it flies directly to target points. It only takes a few minutes to start the engine for takeoff .
