Privacy Policy of JB Investments sp. z o.o. and Aero Club sp. z o.o.
JB Investments sp. z o.o. and Aero Club sp. z o.o. attach particular importance to respecting the privacy of visitors to the jbi.com.pl website. In order to implement the principle of lawful, fair and transparent processing of your personal data when using our services, we present a document called Privacy Policy.
Who is the controller of your personal data? How to contact us?

What data does JB Investments and Aero Club process? For what purposes?
JB Investments and Aero Club do not collect any personal data on users who visit the site without requesting contact through the contact form or without using email contact to one of the email addresses provided in the contact tab. In that case, data acquisition is limited to anonymous technical information collected for statistical purposes. These include IP address, browser type, operating system, viewed sub-pages of the website. The data collected in the logs are used solely for the purpose of administering the site.
JB Investments and Aero Club process personal data provided by users making a contact request in the form or using direct email addresses in the contact tab. Legal basis for the performance of a service contract (Article 6(1)(b) RODO). On this basis, we collect anonymous data analogous to that of users not making this request, plus additional data such as name, address, phone, email address.
How long does JB Investments and Aero Club keep your data?
We store your personal data from the moment of your request for contact only for commercial, informational purposes or to establish other types of cooperation. Your data will be stored for 6 months counting from the date of your contact request. After this time, they will be anonymized. If you decide to take advantage of our offer, your data will be processed on the basis of a separate consent.
If you have consented to the processing of data for marketing and promotional purposes your data will be processed for a period of 15 years counting from the date of consent.

What are your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data by JB Investments and Aero Club?
Right to revoke consent - you can withdraw the consent you gave at the time of ordering at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing we lawfully performed prior to its withdrawal (Article 7(3) of the DPA).
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") - you have the right at any time to request the erasure of all or some of your personal data completely, if you have previously withdrawn your consent to the processing of your data and the processing is no longer necessary for order fulfillment or marketing purposes. Despite your request for deletion of personal data, in connection with filing an objection or withdrawing consent, we may retain certain personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes of establishing, asserting or defending claims. This applies in particular to personal data including: name, email address and application history (Article 17 of the DPA).
Right to restrict processing - you have the right to request at any time to restrict the processing of your data for a certain period of time, e.g. in connection with processing for marketing and promotional purposes (Article 18 RODO).
Right of access - you have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether we are processing your personal data, and if we are, you have the right:
- gain access to your personal information,
- obtain information about the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients of such data, the intended period of storage of your data or the criteria for determining that period, your rights under the RODO, and your right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,
- obtain a copy of your personal data (Article 15 of the RODO).
Right to rectification - you have the right to rectify and supplement the personal data you have provided at any time (Article 16 of the RODO).Right to data portability - you have the right to receive your personal data that you have previously provided to us, and then send it to another personal data controller, such as another operator of similar services. You also have the right to request that your personal data be sent by the current controller directly to another controller of your choice, if technically possible (Article 20 RODO).
How long can we fulfill your requests?
If you make a request to us for the exercise of one of the above rights, we will either fulfill the request or refuse to do so immediately, but no later than one week after receiving it. If, due to the complicated nature of the request, we cannot fulfill it within a week, we will fulfill it within a month by informing you in advance of the intended extension.
Making complaints, inquiries and requests
You can submit complaints, inquiries and requests to us regarding the processing of your personal data. If you believe that your data protection rights or other rights granted to you under the RODO have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority.
