The Bell 429 is a helicopter with innovative design solutions and unprecedented use of composite materials in the construction of major components. The helicopter is designed to provide the best flight experience, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and comfort for all passengers. 


It is one of the most technologically advanced light twin-engine turbine-powered helicopters ever produced. With an exceptional cruise speed of 287 km/h, above-average flight range and hovering performance, the BELL 429 is a masterpiece of engineering from an American manufacturer.

Premium class as standard

Propulsion is provided by two Pratt & Whitney PW207D1/D2 engines - each rated at 719 horsepower and equipped with a dual FADEC control system. In the event of a malfunction, the helicopter can continue flying on just one engine.

The Bell 429 comes standard with an integrated Bell BasiX Pro avionics system with a three-axis autopilot (a fourth axis is available as an option). Equipped with a standard skid-mounted landing gear, the BELL 429 is also available with a retractable wheeled landing gear (Bell 429 WGL). Due to its versatility and reliability, the Model 429 is often used by medical and law enforcement services.
