Business Weekend Corporate Connections

The exceptional business event "Business Weekend Corporate Connections," held at the Narvil Conference & Spa Hotel, has come to a close. In a zone specially prepared for the occasion, Sales Advisor Konrad Pawłowski held discussions with many interesting guests at the event. These conversations naturally focused on JB Aviation’s wide range of services, but also on business in Poland, its current situation, and future prospects.

Our representative discussed with guests why the decision to incorporate an aircraft into a company’s assets is a strategic move that significantly enhances business mobility, and that owning a fleet is not only a matter of prestige but also a tool for optimizing management’s working time. In addition, an interesting topic of discussion was how to reduce helicopter operating costs

Long conversations, interesting topics, and above all, people worth listening to and exchanging views with. Out of respect for our guests’ privacy, we cannot show images of the businesspeople, but we can give you a glimpse into the nature of the organization itself.

Being part of The Company ecosystem is a key factor for us in building valuable business relationships. It provides a strong foundation for trust, which is essential in our industry.

The Company – an elite networking organization for business leaders

What is The Company?

The Company is a Polish business ecosystem bringing together over 2,500 entrepreneurs: from SME owners to shareholders of Poland’s largest companies. The Company was created as a space where entrepreneurs at every stage of their company’s development can find a community that perfectly matches their needs—from initial business recommendations to the exchange of management insights at the C-suite level.

The ecosystem aims to support business growth through a structured referral system, the exchange of management expertise, and the development of a network of relationships among entrepreneurs with businesses of a similar scale.

The Company operates in Poland and brings together two global brands under one roof: BNI, the world’s largest business referral network, present in over 80 countries and comprising 330,000 SME entrepreneurs, and Corporate Connections, which operates in over 30 countries as a community of owners of the largest companies.

Corporate Connections Poland - a community of business leaders

In most advisory groups, business owners represent small and medium-sized enterprises.

Meanwhile, owners of large companies are looking to connect with others who share a similar level of ownership responsibility—someone who understands the scale of their operations and knows the weight of strategic decisions from personal experience. Corporate Connections addresses this need. That is why Corporate Connections was designed as a private community for owners and major shareholders of companies generating annual revenue of over PLN 100 million—entrepreneurs with full ownership decision-making authority who are seeking relationships precisely on their own scale.

Corporate Connections is based on the principle that the quality of relationships matters more than their quantity. Members are carefully selected, and the community itself is exclusive and operates on a referral basis. The Polish Corporate Connections community is one of the fastest-growing in the world

Corporate Connections operates in over 30 countries. In Poland, the community comprises nearly 300 owners and major shareholders of companies with annual revenues exceeding 100 million PLN. The combined revenues of member companies total 272 billion PLN.

Corporate Connections Poland – Who Is It For?

The Polish edition of The Company is aimed primarily at a community of owners and major shareholders of large companies. In practice, this means that Corporate Connections brings together entrepreneurs with full ownership decision-making authority—not management, but the actual owners of the companies.

The Company - Impact on the Polish Economy

More and more entrepreneurs are realizing that recommendations and the exchange of management insights within a trusted peer community yield greater results than marketing campaigns. The Company addresses this need with an ecosystem where entrepreneurs grow their businesses, build relational capital, and make better strategic decisions because they are surrounded by people who have faced similar challenges.

The Company sets the standard in this category—a business ecosystem that systematically connects entrepreneurs with a network commensurate with the scale of their businesses. The scale of this impact is measurable. BNI Poland members generate nearly one billion zlotys in additional revenue annually. The total revenue of companies in the Corporate Connections network amounts to 272 billion zlotys. These aren’t just numbers from a brochure—they represent the real contribution of the entrepreneurial community to the Polish economy.

However, The Company goes beyond mere networking. Think Tank The Company is a non-partisan, pro-business initiative that translates entrepreneurs’ experiences into concrete recommendations for the regulatory environment and public institutions. The voice of over 2,500 entrepreneurs—from owners of small and medium-sized enterprises to leaders managing billion-dollar companies—is a voice that shapes the conditions for doing business in Poland.
