Aura Aero
AURA AERO is a French company based in Toulouse, founded in 2018 with the goal of transforming aviation towards low-emission, more sustainable solutions. The manufacturer is developing two key programs: INTEGRAL, a family of modern two-seat trainer aircraft, and ERA, a groundbreaking hybrid-electric regional aircraft.
Distinguished by its innovative approach to aircraft design and using advanced digital technologies, AURA AERO creates machines that meet the needs of modern operators, flight schools and regional carriers.
INTEGRAL - state-of-the-art training and aerobatics.
The INTEGRAL family of aircraft represents a new quality in training aviation. The machines offer advanced training capabilities, full EASA certification (for selected models), and options for internal combustion or all-electric propulsion. INTEGRAL is available in three versions:
INTEGRAL R - aerobatic variant, classic landing gear, Lycoming engine, EASA certification (FAA planned in 2025), deliveries started in April 2025,
INTEGRAL S - Basic and recreational training aircraft with front landing gear, in the process of EASA certification,
INTEGRAL E - electric version, powered by Safran ENGINeUS engine, test campaign runs from December 2024, first deliveries planned for Q4 2026.
ERA - the future of regional aviation
ERA (Electric Regional Aircraft) is an innovative hybrid-electric passenger aircraft capable of carrying up to 19 passengers or in VIP/cargo configuration. It stands out for its range of up to 1,600 kilometers, quiet operation and CO₂ emissions reduction of up to 80% compared to traditional aircraft in this class.
ERA is responding to the demand for cleaner and more efficient air transportation, especially on regional routes. It is scheduled to enter service before 2030, and the number of letters of intent has already exceeded 600 orders.
