There are not many aircraft manufacturers with such an amount of experience as Piper Aircaft Inc. Since 1937, the company has designed and implemented for mass production more than 100 types of aircraft, of which it produced until today more than 130,000 units. From the very beginning of its operation, Piper has been perfecting construction of business planes with the use of duralumin. Planes made by Piper are characterised, apart from technological perfection and high workmanship quality, by user-friendliness and high safety level. For many years, construction engineers working for Piper Aircraft Inc. have been designing planes in accordance with the philosophy which says that safety depends not only on sturdy design. Safety as well, or maybe first of all, consists in the ability to predict how the plane will act in flight. Pilots often say that planes made by Piper fly of their own accord.
